From the Mouth of Madness:
The loonygames Class of '99

What's new this week in loonygames? Ask our loony editor.

ell, after two weeks of relocations, we're finally back. Sorry about the delay there kids, but I found myself on a really lousy dialup, and was unable to update the site (just getting that Penny Arcade strip up there took waaaaaaaaay too long, and barely made it). But I am back, and I've got a giant pile of great content lined up for you this week.

Like I mentioned a few issues ago, several members of the loonygames family graduated from college last week. Here's a quick rundown of the loonygames class of '99:

Josh Vasquez (Pixel Obscura): BA in Cinema Studies, New York University, Tisch School of Arts.

Jeff Solomon (Various Cover Stories): BA in Film, New York University, Tisch School of Arts.

Mike Sanzone (Cover Artist/Art Director): BFA in Illustration, School of Visual Arts.

Dan Zalkus (Cover Artist/Icons/Art Director): BFA in Cartooning, School of Visual Arts.

Nick Ferguson (Pad Happy): MA in Psychology, Edinburgh University, Scotland.

Jason Bergman (Editor in Chief): BA in Religious Studies, Pace University.

Congrats to everyone who graduated! For many of us (well okay, me, anyway) loonygames was sort of the best "senior project" we ever could have worked on. You think we ruled before? You ain't seen nothing yet...we're just getting started, baby.

If you're wondering what happened to my "E3 in Black and White" piece, don't worry, it'll show up in this column just as soon as I'm able to get a man-sized Internet connection. These damn modems aren't exactly condusive to large-scale web site management.

I've got to run off and finish off this week's issue, but come back next week for the return of my weekly editorials. I've been working on a couple that are sure to piss you off. ;)

Until next time, stay loony!

- Jason "loonyboi" Bergman is the editor-in-chief here at loonygames. Look out, kids...he's armed with a degree now!
